REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES FOUNDED

Redi-Rock Structures of OKI, LLC is founded by Tim L. Turton and Michael A. Coppage. KOI Precast lends space at their production facility to allow the new company to get its feet off the ground. From day one, the Redi-Rock Structures team is selling material as fast as it can produce it.

BREAKING NEW GROUND

Redi-Rock Structures is on the move. The company relocates its production facility to a new state-of-the-art production facility located on Roundbottom Road in Clermont County, Ohio.

COMMERCIAL WALL OF THE YEAR AWARD

Redi-Rock Structures is presented with the Commercial Wall of the Year Award by Redi-Rock International for their Riverside Drive project.

REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES WINS AWARDS

Redi-Rock Structures is presented with Redi-Rock International’s Water Application Wall of the Year Award for their Union Centre Retention Pond Project.

They are also presented with Storm Water Solutions Magazine’s Top Stormwater and Erosion Control Award for the Florence Stream Channel Project.

2ND WALL OF THE YEAR AWARD

Once again, Redi-Rock Structures is presented with Redi-Rock International’s Commercial Wall of the Year Award—this time for a 19.5 foot gravity wall located on the entrance drive for the FBI Cincinnati Headquarters.

TURTON FAMILY ASSUMES OWNERSHIP OF REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES OF OKI

Founding Partner Michael Coppage provides to the Turton family the opportunity of full ownership of Redi-Rock Structures of OKI. The Turton family accepts this transition and extends its utmost gratitude as they forge ahead, continuing in excellence.

Redi-Rock Structures soon secures its largest single order to date, Liberty Center, with over 27,000 square feet of retaining walls throughout the project.

NPCA AND ODOT CERTIFIED PLANT DESIGNATIONS

Redi-Rock Structures continues its vow to Quality Control, making the investment to become an NPCA Certified Plant, as well as an ODOT Certified Plant.

POSITIVE CONNECTION SYSTEM APPROVED BY ODOT

Redi-Rock Structures of OKI obtains approval through O.D.O.T. for MSE wall structures using the Redi-Rock PC System. The PC System is the first Modular Block System to be approved for MSE walls in the State of Ohio.

REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES OF OKI ACHIEVES THE QUALITY MERIT AWARD

NPCA announces that Redi-Rock Structures of OKI has achieved the Quality Merit Award; as one of the top 25 scores in the NPCA plant Certification program for 2017.  With nearly 400 plants participating in the program this is noted as a significant achievement to be classified in the top 7% for Quality Assurance.

REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES ADDS NEW STATE OF THE ART PLANT

Redi-Rock Structures expands operations with the addition of a new state of the art fully automated concrete batch plant.  In addition the plant becomes Certified to manufacture by both NPCA and the State of Ohio.

MANUFACTURING FLOOR SPACE INCREASED AND PRODUCTION PLANT SIZE DOUBLES

Looking to the future Redi-Rock Structures increases manufacturing floor space and doubles the size of the production plant.

PRECAST LIGHT POLE BASES ADDED AND MOVEMENT INTO DAYTON AND COLUMBUS MARKETS

Redi-Rock Structures adds a product line of precast light pole bases (LPB).  Increased growth provides opportunities into the Dayton and Columbus markets.

REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES MAKES THE INVESTMENT TO RAISE THE BAR… AGAIN

The XL block is added to the manufacturing program and creates opportunity for greater wall system solutions.  Additionally the team achieves the goal to become a Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Certified Precast Plant.

REDI-ROCK STRUCTURES PROVIDES CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR EV CHARGING STATIONS

Redi Rock Structures flipped a new switch and is leading the charge for the electrical precast niche products manufactured.  The EV (Electric Vehicle) Block will provide a concrete foundation for the EV charging stations to help make electric mobility infrastructure succeed.
